HOW MUCH CAN I BORROW?

here for. However, the exact amount of mortgage available will
depend on your individual circumstances and could be lower than
this.

WHAT OTHER COSTS ARE INVOLVED?
That depends on whether you are buying a property (Stamp Duty
/ Valuation / Legal fees etc) or remortgaging (Valuation /Legal
costs etc). There's nothing we can do about Stamp Duty but other
costs are often subject to special offers from Lenders with reduced
or no charges being available (especially when remortgaging).

We do not normally charge a fee
but depending your circumstances a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage
amount may be charged.
Think carefully before securing other
